Just a step outside of Exeter city centre, just off of the A30/A38 intersection, room hire at West Town Farm offers not only a range of flexible spaces suited to any event, but also an environment that encourages you to slow down and let your mind breathe.
The Classroom
Suitable for use all year round, our rustic classroom is the perfect space for training days, meetings and classes. Available on weekdays, weekends and evenings, the classroom can be set-up to any requirements and includes access the event's kitchen next door.

The Event's Barn
Measuring 11m x 18m, our event's barn is an incredibly versatile space and is ideally suited for use throughout the spring and summer. Located just off of the farm yard, our event's barn offers a light and airy space suited for training days, celebrations and team building activities.

Whole Farm Yard
Need a bit more space and a change of scenery? Our whole farm yard hire is a great choice if you need multiple spaces for a range of different activities. With access to the classroom, events kitchen and events barn included, whole farm yard hire is a popular choice for company away days, workshops and fundraisers.
Pricing
All prices are inclusive of VAT and include: tables and chairs, wifi, use of the projector, woodburner, flipchart and FREE parking.
Breakout space can include, orchard, tree-lined farm trail and secluded fire pit area.
Organic refreshments and biscuits available at £3 per person. Minimum 10 people.
