This cut comes from the end of the sirloin and has natural marbling that infuses flavor and remains moist as it cooks. It's tender, richly flavored and partially boned for easy carving.
 
1.8kg - feeds approx 3-4people
2.5kg - feeds approx 4-5 people
 
Available for collection in our farm shop from the 19th December.  Or collect from Exeter Food market on Exeter quay on 20th December 9am-1pm.  Please let us know if you'd like to collect from the market. 
 
Please note we don't offer delivery. 
 
Our festive collection will arrive with a use by date of at least 27.12.25.
 
Weights will be as close to weight listed.
