Tree planting
Tree Planting 5th & 6th February - We had two very successful days planting 120 trees. On Friday staff from Natural England and volunteers from organicARTS garden group, Book Cycle and the local community worked so enthusiastically that we nearly ran out of trees. It was fantastic having Obama help out by ensuring all the mulch got to the top of the West Town field. Saturday volunteers finished planting the few trees left and helped plant a hedge for the countryside scheme. Overall it was a fantastic two days and we are very grateful of the help received.
If you are interested in holding your own event here please get in touch. We really welcome people using and appreciating the farm.
